-All finished custom work is non-refundable

-All deposits are non-refundable

-In the event of cancellation of the custom work, a fee for work completed, based on the initial quote and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client

-Any work damaged in shipment must be reported to the artist quickly. Damaged work must be reported within 5 days of receiving package.

-The artist shall not incur any liability or penalty for delays in the completion of custom work due to actions or negligence of client, unusual transportation delays, unforseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of the artist. If such events occur, it shall entitle the artist to extend the completion/delivery date, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.

-Once custom work is in the possession of the client, no revisions or alterations can be made to the final work.

-All specifics or special requests must be discussed prior to the creation of the client's custom piece. The nature of watercolor, pastel and colored pencil are permanent. Thus the artist cannot be held responsible for any impossible additions or subtractions once the client's work is in progress.

-All print sales are final

-Pup-parel is custom and cannot be returned or exchanged. Prior to purchase, please view the size chart and make any changes to art when it is sent for proof.

-If Pup-parel is damaged during shipping please reach out immediately with pictures of damage! Thank you!
